Pip & Nut Have Launched a Pancake Pop-Up Bar

Pip & Nut have launched a pop-up pancake bar at Whole Foods Market to celebrate Shrove Tuesday. The pancake bar will be in the Kensington store where customers will be able to choose between sweet and savoury options with a range of tasty toppings.

The four pancakes on the menu are all made from Pip & Nut’s Natural Almond Milk, as well as featuring a range of their nut butters in the toppings.

For the sweet toothed you have Coco Nutty Classic which is a stack of coconutty pancakes drizzled with Pip & Nut Coconut Almond Butter, coconut yogurt, fresh berries and honey. There is also Nana- Nuts which is a stack of coconutty pancakes covered with Pip & Nut Peanut Butter, sliced banana and dark chocolate shavings.

For those of you who like your pancakes savoury then you will love The Love Stack ​which is a savoury beetroot pancake topped with roasted beetroot, feta, mint, almond balsamic dressing and roasted roughly chopped almonds. Last but not least is Beet It which is a savoury beetroot pancake topped with coconut yoghurt, dukka, heritage carrot ribbons tossed in peanut butter dressing , served with fresh

The Pip & Nut Pancake Pop-Up Bar will run all day today with the special ‘Happy Hours’ taking place between 11am – 12pm and 4pm – 5pm. The first 100 pancakes during every ‘Happy Hour’ are on the house.

If you can’t make it to Kensington then don’t worry, you can pop into any London Whole Foods store today between 12pm-3pm for a mini taster and some pancake inspiration.

    Pancakes are my favourite food! I can eat them for breakfast for lunch and for dinner! YES I WOULD!

    Oh that sounds like a great place! Yum yum! I usually have sweet pancakes but I should be more creative with them

    Wow, this is new to me. Looks like a very interesting food to try on. I’s love to try Nana- Nuts as I love dark chocolates too! Will visit their website to more of their offerings too.

    I’ve never heard of a beetroot pancake but it sounds intriguing. Although I’d be sorely tempted by the Coco Nutty Classic, it sounds heavenly!
